Derry’s Amelia Court will become a festive wonderland this December to support Foyle Hospice and Foyle Foodbank.
The official launch is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, featuring live music and special guests, and the illuminated display will operate nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. until Christmas Eve.
Residents have organised the event, volunteering their time and urging local businesses and the wider community to donate selection boxes, tubes of sweets, or other contributions, with all proceeds directed to the two charities.
