Local charity Hive Cancer Support has launched a Movember billboard campaign at the Free Derry Corner to raise awareness of men’s health issues.
The high‑visibility billboard features Martin Mullan, facilitator of Hive’s Male Cancer Support Group ‘The Panthers’, as the campaign’s poster boy.
Throughout November, the campaign will focus on testicular cancer, prostate cancer and male suicide prevention, aiming to break the silence surrounding these conditions.
It encourages men to seek help and fosters community discussion.
Residents are invited to grow a moustache this month, keep the conversation going and support fundraising for local support networks.
The initiative seeks to fund and expand services for men’s health across the city.
